Welcome to RDQCA's 2SLGBTQIA+ support groups page. We're so glad you made it here.
We hope that these groups will be a place for us to come together, support one another, express ourselves in a safe space, and ultimately, heal.
Although our Adult and Youth Self-Love Online Groups follow specific modules in our groups, our sessions are not rigidly structured and do not follow a set timeline for when we begin or finish a module.
Please come join us even if you're worried about having "missed" information -- We're more than happy to help explain unfamiliar terms or background information.
Adult Support Groups
7:15pm - 9:15pm | Last Thursday of Each Month
Join us on the last Thursday of every night at the Northside YMCA Boardroom. Light refreshments will be supplied, but we do ask that you bring a notebook and pencil.
Youth Support Groups
5:30pm - 7:30pm | Last Wednesday of Each Month
Join us on the last Wednesday of every night at the Northside YMCA Boardroom. Light refreshments will be supplied, but we do ask that you bring a notebook and pencil.
Parents' Support Group
7:00pm - 9:00pm | Third Wednesday of Each Month
Join us on the 3rd Wednesday of every night at the Northside YMCA Boardroom. Light refreshments will be supplied, but we do ask that you bring a notebook and pencil.
