Triple P: Family Transitions

Triple P Family Transitions is a program for parents who are struggling with the challenges of parenting during or after separation or divorce and experiencing personal distress.

This 5-week group workshop is free and focuses on helping parents build skills to resolve conflicts with former partners, positively cope with stress, and smoothly transition from a two-parent to a single-parent household.
