About the Event

This free three-week program is available in September through the McMan Red Deer Family Resource Network.

Feeling angry is normal, but when it starts affecting our relationships, families, and daily lives, it is essential to find healthy ways to manage it. RDQproudly promotes the McMan Family Resource Network's Anger Management Workshop for Families.

Over three weeks, this workshop offers a supportive environment for participants to cultivate a greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

You will be examining topics such as:

  • What is anger?
  • How anger feels
  • What are your triggers
  • Reframing your anger
  • Coping mechanisms
  • Problem-solving techniques

If you would like to sign up, please call or text Tammy Predovic at 403-896-5348 or email tammy.predovic@mcmancentral.ca
