About the Event

This free eight-week parent enrichment workshop is available in October through the McMan Red Deer Family Resource Network.

Feeling angry is normal, but when it starts affecting our relationships, families, and daily lives, it's important to find healthy ways to manage it. RDQCA is proud to promote the McMan Family Resource Network's Anger Management Workshop for Families.

Over the course of 8 weeks, this workshop offers a supportive environment for participants to discover and hone their ability to identify their own anger triggers, body symptoms, and constructive ways to communicate their feelings. Through a variety of engaging activities, discussions, and role-playing exercises, individuals can cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

If you would like to sign up, please call or text Tammy Predovic at 403-896-5348 or email tammy.predovic@mcmancentral.ca
