Adult Support Group | Session 1

Working in conjunction with the Central Alberta Sexual Assault Support Centre, RDQCA is proud to announce that we are offering support groups for LGBTQ2IA+ individuals in Red Deer and the surrounding area.

May 6 – Session 1 (What self Esteem the same as Self Confidence)

We will provide a link to the Google Meet THE DAY OF (because of past technical issues)

Join us on May 6th at 5:30pm with the link we provide​.

WHAT TO BRING:

Make sure that you have a pencil, eraser and notebook with you.

We will be doing writing exercises as part of our session!
